Shield with (original!) SN65HVD230D CAN transceiver (datasheet). The module is well-suited for Arduino and other microcontrollers.

Voltages (VCC and signal): 3.3 V to 5.0 V.
According to ISO 15765-4, the two CAN High and CAN Low lines are connected to ground via a resistor and capacitor.
Optionally, a 120 Ohm resistor (THT or SMD 1206) can be soldered in to terminate the CAN bus on this side.
The board can be populated with a screw terminal (2.54 mm pitch), eliminating the need to solder the CAN bus.
