Payment, Delivery
We deliver C.W.O. (cash with order) only. We ship after money received. A goods collection at our office is not possible. We do not operate a retail shop.
You can transact C.W.O by an international bank transfer (IBAN/BIC). Please note that you have to bear all cost with payments from the foreign country thereby ("OUR" and not "SHARE").
Foreign customers can pay also by PayPal. Additional fees will be added.
If we should not register a receipt of payment within 7 days, the order is cancelled.
If the ordered goods or services are no longer available for our part, we reserve the right to deliver goods or services of equal quality and value, or we will refrain from delivering those goods or services. During the process of ordering an item or a service, it will noncommittally indicated if it is not available right now. We ship not to packing stations and so on.
You can determine the details regarding payment, delivery and fulfillment by choosing the way of paying and dispatching. Please you note that we do not have influence on the transportation times. Customer from industry and public service
Normaly we also supply within the EU not VAT-free. We must examine your VAT-ID officially and are liable if the value added tax is not correctly exhausted. If you possess an VAT-ID, you can besides the value added tax, proven by us, in your country with your tax office. In exceptional cases we can dispatch also by cash on delivery and UPS express. Want to order by C.O.D., we need a written order, for example in PDF format via email. If they want to ignore our conditions, they have please understand that we will not accept their request and also ignore.
Sending goods (back) to us
Please note that you goods, which send you (back) to us, sufficiently secure against loss and damage. Choose a shipping form, in which the merchandise is insured and trackable. Your delivery company will help you there continues. We can not be held liable for lost shipments to us.
